Hello and sunny greetings from Lake Constance.
We are Erwin and Franzi and we welcome you on the webside of our holiday apartment.
We want you to feel comfortable on your holiday and make every effort to ensure that you enjoy your stay with us.

The basic requirement for a great holiday is, in our opinion, accommodation. We offer you a high-quality holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired in order to offer you as many amenities as possible.
Our apartment offers a lot of space and comfort.
The apartment is located on the edge of a landscape conservation area. Your view is therefore not blocked by other houses, but goes directly into the green. With this location you are guaranteed relaxation. Below the house runs a bike / hiking trail along the Seefeld Aach directly to Lake Constance. On the orchards along this beautiful path, your dog can let off steam to your heart's content.
On the apartment's own terrace you will also find sun loungers and garden furniture, where you can put your feet up and take a break from everyday life. At the large garden table you can have excellent breakfast, dinner or relax with a glass of wine and prepare your excursions.
We also have a charcoal barbecue, so it is possible that you make a cosy barbecue.

The apartment itself

Our exclusive holiday apartment consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom and a large, fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a large dining table. It goes without saying that the rooms are equipped with comfortable seating and sleeping facilities.
If required a cot, a changing table and a high chair for kids can be provided free of charge.
Although we will do our best to make your holiday as pleasant and enjoyable as possible, we have not yet found a way to influence the weather. But in case the weather is not as good as you want it to be, we have all kinds of things for other activities that will sweeten your stay.
In addition to a proper media facilities, with radio, TV and Wi-Fi, we also provide you with some books. If you need a bit of exercise and do not want to go outside, there's even an home trainer (exercise bike) available.
We are happy to inform you about all the information you need as a guest. For the planning of your activities in your time with us we have prepared a lot of information material in the holiday apartment.

If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up at the station.
So you can look forward to a relaxed holiday.
